Inked & Motioned : Vegas Vibes 2026

Vegas Motion

Darling, let’s be clear: Inked & Motioned isn’t just a digital bookmeet… it’s a moment. A creative lounge. A monthly gathering where writers, artists, dreamers, and storytellers come together to share their brilliance — and yes, I show up as the diva-in-residence guiding the vibe.

Motioned mission? To reach writers of every flavor — the poets, the plot‑twisters, the fanfic royalty, the digital sketchers, the “I‑just‑had-an-idea-at-3AM” scribblers — and give them a space to shine, collaborate, and build community projects that actually feel fun.

Each month, our digital meet brings a little sparkle and a lot of heart:

  • Share-your-work sessions where everyone gets their spotlight

  • Group project sign‑ups for collabs that feel like creative potlucks

  • Kindness challenges, because community thrives when we lift each other up

  • Youth‑sector showcases, run by my own tiny-but-mighty creative crew:

    • Gymnastics & movement arts

    • Magic tricks from the 4th‑grade sorcerers

    • Digital art, Roblox MM2 content, and music‑video edits from the 5th‑grade media squad

And yes — physical meetups are coming. Dates TBA, because a diva never rushes an entrance.

Inked & Motioned is more than a meetup. It’s a creative ecosystem with personality. A place where stories move, ideas dance, and every creator — young or grown — gets a chance to shine.

How to Rewire Your Mind (Without the Heavy Machinery) - QUICK READS

How to Rewire Your Mind (Without the Heavy Machinery) So, you want to rewire your mind? No, this doesn't involve actual wires or a trip to the hardware store. We're diving into the fascinating world of neuroplasticity—because who wouldn't want a brain that's as flexible as a gymnast? Step 1: Identify the Gremlins First, let's hunt down those pesky automatic negative thoughts (ANTs). You know, the little gremlins whispering, "You're not good enough" or "Why try, you'll fail." Time to kick them to the curb! Step 2: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Magic CBT isn't some wizardry from Hogwarts, but it's close. This technique helps you recognize and challenge distorted thinking patterns. Think of it as your mental Excalibur—slice through those negative thoughts with precision. Step 3: Embrace Mindfulness—Without the Incense Mindfulness is your mental reset button. It involves staying present, which is surprisingly hard when your bra...
